Hi, I'm Milay—RN, aesthetic injector, nurse educator, wife, mom, and professional bodybuilder.
My journey began in childhood when my mother trusted me—at just nine years old—to administer her B12 injections. That simple act planted a seed that would grow into my lifelong passion for healthcare and aesthetic medicine, a calling I've felt drawn to follow throughout my life.

I've been a nurse since 1991, starting my career in the surgical ICU at LA County USC where I thrived in that high-stakes environment. But when I discovered the world of aesthetic injectables in 2008, I felt an immediate connection—a sense that this path was meant for me. There was something profound about the blend of medical expertise, artistic vision, and the joy of helping people feel confident in their appearance that resonated deeply with who I am.
My expertise has been recognized by Revance, where I now serve as a National trainer educating fellow professionals on advanced injection techniques and product application with RHA by Teoxane (dermal filler) and Daxxify (wrinkle relaxer). This role allows me to not only perfect my own craft but to elevate the standard of care throughout our industry and stay on the cutting edge of the latest advancements in Aesthetics.

In the aesthetics realm, her proficiency covers a spectrum of procedures, including Botox and fillers applied to various body parts. Dr. Shahryarinejad is an authority in the application of PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) for hair restoration and intimate area rejuvenation. Her skills also extend to advanced procedures such as the O-shot and P-shot, showcasing her commitment to staying at the forefront of aesthetic medicine.
Moreover, Dr. Shahryarinejad's practice includes laser treatments and body sculpting, reflecting her commitment to offering comprehensive aesthetic solutions.
